Dr. Rosamina De la Rosa


Biography

Dr. Rosamina De la Rosa graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1992. Dr. De la Rosa –  fondly called “Dr. D” by our patients – completed her residency program in the Staten Island University Hospital in New York. She was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry’s (AGD) prestigious Fellowship Award in July 2001. This award is in recognition of her dedication to remain current in the dental profession and to provide excellent patient care.

Dr. D graduated from The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. She also completed her esthetic postgraduate training at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning as well as implant training at the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute where she was awarded her Fellowship by the International Congress of Implantology. She is trained and experienced in both hard and soft tissue laser and is certified in oral sedation and Invisalign.

In addition to the AGD, Dr. D is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDS),  the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), and the International Congress of Implantologists (ICOI).

She believes that dentistry is an ever-evolving combination of art and science, and is committed to keeping abreast of the latest methods in providing the best care to our patients.
